Laser Optics

Lasers are widely used in many areas of modern technology from telecommunications to medical devices. Their efficiency and precision depend heavily on the quality of the optical components used. The most common types of optical components used in lasers include lenses, mirrors, prisms, filters, and beam splitters. These components are designed to manipulate the properties of the laser beam, such as direction, intensity, polarization, and wavelength. The design and manufacture of laser optics requires a high level of precision and accuracy. Even small deviations from the intended specifications can significantly affect the performance of the laser. Therefore, the manufacturing process of laser optics involves the use of advanced tools and technologies, such as high quality CNC controlled machines, interferometer and AR coating machines.

Laser optics are made of high quality optical materials such as fused silica and have very precise surface curvatures to minimize aberrations.
