The DZM 20 CNC is a compact and easy to operate CNC controlled centering machine especially suited for super micro-optics and endoscopes. Clamping of the lenses using clamping bells or HD 12 runners.

  1. Diameter of the lens with bevel on form centering with individually adjusted feeds and speeds
  2. Any angle or radius bevel possible with 90° or non-shaped tool
  3. Contour bevel possible by using the tool edge
  4. Chamfer with form wheels in oscillation mode
  5. Grinding of shoulders in plunge grinding mode
